For more than 10 years now, Biblical Counseling of Arizona has served as a trusted resource for churches throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, Arizona, and several additional states as well. Pastors and church leaders have come to rely on us, knowing their members will receive compassion, competent and trustworthy care, collaboration with church leadership, and counsel that always upholds the Gospel and the vital role of the local church in God’s plan for His people.
As a nonprofit ministry, BCA does not rely on session fees to cover operating costs of the organization. Instead, we depend on the generous support of churches, schools, businesses, and individuals who share our vision for Christ-centered counseling. Support goes to providing scholarships for those in need, ongoing counselor training, and essential admin support.
We exist to serve and strengthen the local church here and abroad, by supporting and extending its counseling capacity through direct care for those in need. Recognizing the critical role of healthy churches and their leaders in shepherding God’s people, we are pleased to begin offering generous financial partnerships to provide the continued funds needed to support counseling for pastors, staff, congregations, and the broader community.
Below is our template for partnership with churches, whether local or beyond. For All Churches:
Because of the generosity of those individuals and churches who have continued to faithfully support our scholarship, BCA is committed by faith to the following for everyone:
50% Scholarship for all pastors and their wives seeking counseling (up to 6 sessions).
50% Scholarship (funded by donors) for individuals in financial crisis (up to 6 sessions).
Collaborative Care: We work in ongoing partnership with the pastors of those we counsel, viewing ourselves as an extension of your shepherding ministry and under your elder authority.
Availability for speaking engagements, training, and networking with others in care ministries
Tier 1: Monthly Partnership ($200–$499/month) *Equivalent annual gift options available
Extended Pastoral Care: 50% scholarship for one counseling session per month, indefinitely, for pastors and their wives.
Pastoral Team Support: 50% scholarship retainer for ongoing pastoral coaching and consultation sessions with your pastoral team.
Tier 2: Monthly Partnership ($500–$999/month) *Includes all benefits of Tier 1, plus:
Congregational Discounts:
$15 off per session for individual counseling.
$25 off per session for marriage and family counseling.
Tier 3: Monthly Partnership ($1,000+/month) *Includes all benefits of Tiers 1 & 2, plus:
Family & Staff Support:
50% scholarship for up to 6 sessions for the children of pastoral staff.
50% scholarship for up to 6 sessions for all church staff members.
Retainer for one free monthly consultation or coaching with your pastoral team.
